Notice: Before you can begin trading, you must complete the following procedure:
- Select an appropriate agreement from the table below.
- Fill out and sign the applicable pages.
- Fax/Mail/Email the above pages, and a copy of one valid identification document to us.
- Immediately notify us that you have sent the documents by emailing enquiry@capital-peak.com
- Funds should be sent ONLY AFTER APPROVAL of your account.
What to Send Us:
Fax/Mail/Email copy of one government issued photo identification documents (ie: passport and/or driver's license), and the pages specified in the below table, under the type of trader which applies to you.
If emailing account opening documents:
In order to avoid unnecessary delays, please be sure to include the word "APPLICATION" in the subject line.
Important Information About Procedures For Opening a New Account:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, International law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, AG Capital Inc will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow AG Capital Inc to identify you. AG Capital Inc may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
